Why Another Group Chat Application ?
We think the chat room is the most important tool for team collaboration. It's a place where everyone gathers, shares ideas, a few laughs and gets things done together. Our idea is that, any improvement made to this tool will skyrocket the productivity of the teams using it.
Since we don't have all the answers, we think this kind of application needs to be extensible, without sacrificing ease of use. We think we've made Talker the most extensible and customizable group chat ever created! You can already do plenty of great things with the powerful plugins and API. We have plans for plenty of great ways to improve group collaboration!

Gary Haran
A father, volleyball player, amateur molecular cook based in Montréal, QC.
Coming from a modest family Gary paid for the family's first internet connection by building web sites at minimum wage. He wrote Javascript that talked to servers before the term AJAX was coined. He gets boggled to think that the code to do that is still in production somewhere in Europe to this day.
